Staying in shape will help you look and feel better, enhance your body posture and keep you sharp, which will enhance overall decision-making and make you feel confident. Everyone knows that regular exercise improves overall health and minds. You never know whom you might meet so try to always look your best when you’re in public. And don’t just look good when you have a client meeting. When you look good, you feel good, and that exudes confidence.

People who lack confidence are afraid of saying the wrong things. Take the time to regularly reflect on your strengths and proudest moments you’ll feel better and more self-assured. But try thinking about your achievements and challenges you’ve overcome. We’re often our own worst enemy, filling our minds with self-doubt. The good news is this trait can be developed. Some minority business enterprises (MBEs) are born with a lot of confidence while others must work at it. Confident business owners are decisive, self-assured and lead you to believe they are capable and qualified to handle any contract. When you think of successful entrepreneurs, one trait that stands out is their confidence.
